Processing period
Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. All packages are shipped via Yamato Transport or Japan Post.
Delivery period
The average delivery time (after processing) varies depending on the destination, but is typically 8-9 business days. Delivery may be delayed for the following reasons:

Shipping method and origin
All orders are shipped directly from our suppliers in China. Depending on your destination country, customs duties may apply. Customs duties are always the responsibility of the customer.

Responsibility during transportation
