At Keiko & Hana, we strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you still wish to return an item, this policy clearly outlines the conditions and procedures for returns.


Return Policy

The following conditions apply for a return to be approved:

  • You can only request a return after you have actually received the product.
  • All return shipping costs, including international shipping fees, will be borne by the customer.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, in good condition, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You are allowed to try on the products, but you cannot wear them.
  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning some of them is prohibited.

Return Procedure

Within 30 days of receiving the productinfo@keikohana.comPlease contact us to register your return. We will send you the return address of our supplier (located in China). Return shipping costs, including customs duties and shipping fees, will be your responsibility. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking.

Once the supplier receives the item and its condition is confirmed, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days.

If tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered to the address you provided, we are not responsible for any lost packages. If an incorrect address is provided, you are responsible. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you have provided an incorrect address.
